Wonderland | 2019 - 2026

Wonderland explores landscapes that already exist in collective imagination before they are ever experienced in reality. Snow mountains, forests, sunsets, empty roads — images so repeated they become almost fictional.

The series is less about nature itself than about the human need to construct places of escape. The paintings and photographs sit somewhere between memory, advertising, cinema, and personal projection, where the landscape becomes both refuge and illusion.

In Wonderland, nature is not innocent. It is staged, desired, consumed, and endlessly reinvented — yet it still holds the possibility of wonder.
